GRUP FLORIDA HOTELS ![]() ¿What is a ISO 9001? It is a European certification that guarantees that the establishment that obtains it follows adequate and optimizated work standards to offer a quality product.
How does it work? We put together the human, technical and administrative factors to obtain a continuous improving process focused to the client satisfaction, based in the quality. That means, that the whole team put their efforts together to improve everyday and offer you the maximum quality in the services that you are receiving during your stay in our hotels.
But, more than definitions and theories, the best is to know with examples how do we apply the ISO 9001 certification: In any hotel, you are given a questionary at the end of your stay so you can fill it with your opinions and suggestions, and also put a puntuation from 1 to 5 or 1 to 10 the services received. Do you want to know what are we doing with these questionaries? Every week the Hotel Manager has a meeting with all the Department Managers, to look and comment these questionaries. This way, every time we can know more exactly what do you like and which aspects do we have to improve, and the most important: put it into practice. We also have monthly audits, to check that the quality is always optimum: In our kitchens, Altimir Labs visits us every month to take samples of the food and the working surfaces to guarantee its hygiene, we also check daily the temperatures of the fridges, freezers and cold stores to guarantee that the food that you are eating in our restaurant, always arrives to you in the best conditions of freshness and hygiene.
Ok, all that stuff is nice...but for what is this for? This is because this way you will have the guarantee that you will enjoy a nice holidays in our hotels, because we are working to give you the maximum quality in our services and also in our fatilities for your comfort and tranquility.
